Bit of a silly article, but I'm so very glad in hindsight that none of our players were involved in that complete shit show.

Noble would have been superb for England and Carroll.

They got what deserved for trusting some overrated Spurs players and for fielding the worst ever back four I think I've seen for England.

Seriously guys, Rose and that other fucking Spurs missile without radar in the full back roles backed up by Cahill and Smalling? Is Roy taking the piss?

Don't even get me started on the tactics of allowing your biggest goal threat to take every single set piece either.

The man was out of his depth at the scousers and then given a job that should have gone to Fat Sam.

In all honesty and not bias..only Antonio and maybe Carroll would have made an impact I'm France.
Cresswell is not good enough defensively yet for International football and would have got found out.
Noble I don't believe would have made the slightest difference.

Noble would not have been bullied like Wiltshire was. he got tackled once and gave up.

Yeah, bit silly - obviously written by a West Ham fan.

The main reason I think players like Noble and Antonio should have been there is because they play with pride and passion, which is what you need in these competitions, and the reason why Germany and Italy always do well even when they haven't got the best squads.

Bollocks article really but I would like to see Antonio given a chance for England in the next 12 months

"skipper Mark Noble - who has been compared to Spain great Iniesta by David James"

Well, I suppose you could compare me to Iniesta, or to Jimi Hendrix, Albert Einstein, Usain Bolt, etc, but these would not be flattering comparisons for me.

“Tottenham!! You let our country down, you Let our Country Down!!”

Going to hear that a lot down the Lane from the away end next season.

Big game, and the Spurs players choke.

Seems to be a reoccurring theme here.

Not to mention Dimitri Payet and Darren Randolph in other sides.
